What's Up With the Rabbits?
Hey Joey! Maybe you remember me from your wiki site, maybe not. Haven't been there in awhile.
Anyway, I saw the topic to this post and I was immediately hoping it was about beta-glucosidase in rabbits. I saw a debate between Mossimo Pugliucci (spelling?) and Paul Nelson awhile back. Pugliucci gave an example of the enzyme beta-glucosidase evolving in rabbits, or rather out of them. I think he was trying the "imperfect creation" argument. He mentioned that young rabbits eat their mother's defecant in order to get certain bacteria cultured in their stomaches so they can digest their food. He asked why a creator would have made them that way, and then explained how evolution "explained" this phenomenon. Well it got me thinking. What if the creator had made rabbits with beta-glucosidase and it evolved out of their genome? Devolution if you will. Would there be any way to find out if that had occurred?
Hi StarFiveLucky,
"Follow the white rabbit."
"You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. "
What's at the bottom of the rabbit hole? The Design Matrix.

Anyone have any idea what the rabbit stuff is over at Telic Thoughts?
